The property is built on three levels with the front door, on the middle level, opening into a stylish lounge room leading to a bright living area (equipped with Sky TV) with access to a large private balcony via floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading out to mesmerizing sea views. A small corridor separates a fully fitted kitchen from a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tube. A toilet and a utility room are on opposite ends of the kitchen.
An elegant internal staircase set in the lounge room, leads upstairs to the sleeping quarter consisting of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (convertible into double), all with en-suite bathrooms and equipped with 22 inch TVs. The two double bedrooms open to private seafront balconies via floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Outside the bedrooms is a bright living room with access to a large balcony area through wide floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Exquisite furnishings and decorations give an overall feel of timeless elegance. 
The house lower level hosts a huge spa area with a stylish Jacuzzi, gym, sauna shower and Turkish bath as well as a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A small corridor leads to a toilet and, on the opposite side, to a laundry room.
The spa area opens out to a covered patio furnished with elegant wicker armchairs, perfect for sitting with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. The lovely garden all around, slopes down to the beach and boasts terraces and other comfortable outdoor sitting corners. The crystal clear waters and wonderful sandy beach start where the garden ends, just two quick steps away out of the Villa back gate. As the gate swings open, there you are, standing on a fantastic sandy beach and ready to plunge into turquoise crystal clear waters.

Villa Lory is located in Casteldaccia, a lovely seaside village half an hour's drive away from Palermo. The property is also well situated to reach Cefalù with its Norman cathedral, spectacular town centre and a huge selection of bars and restaurants. The highway also gives easy access to Monreale, the ancient Roman remains in Solunto and the thermal baths in Termini Imerese. The Villa is also close to Madonie Mountains which offer excellent walking and fascinating small towns such as Polizzi Generosa and Petralia Soprana which still remain untouched by the frantic pace of modern life.

From June 15th untill September 15th, sun beds and sunshades will be available for the villa's guests, right outside the gate on the private sandy beach.
