As you get out of the car and catch the first glimpses of the property through lush palm trees and blue fragrant lavender, you get an idea of the magic to come. A wonderful ornamental pond with plants and fish stands right in front of the entrance, beside a 180 m2 shady gazebo area, ideal to relax when summer heat becomes a bit too much.
A three level infinity pool area overlooks Trabia bay and includes a covered outdoor kitchen, fully furnished and fitted, ideal to create an oasis of family living and entertaining.
The extensive gardens surrounding the whole property boast and enormous variety of colourful flowers, plants, trees and lush shrubs, a real slice of paradise on earth.
The property also benefits from a direct access to the front beach and small touristic port trough a private building with terrace, changing room, shower and toilet.
Glicine is an independent cottage on two floors with private garden and shady patio which is not overlooked. It sleeps up to 4 guests and consists of an hall entrance connected to a living area equipped with TV and comfy sofas, a twin bedroom with ensuite (the bathroom has a stunning hydro-massage shower cabin with light and music) and a fully equipped kitchenette. Up a beautifully designed staircase to the first floor, where there is a bright master bedroom with ensuite overlooking the sea.

Casa Glicine is located in Trabia, a charming coastal seaside village set between Palermo and Cefalù, at walking distance from a beautiful beach. Trabia's small fishing port has a huge selection of excellent seafront bars and restaurants. Termini Imerese, a seafront town, popular for its large Roman baths and aqueducts, is merely a short drive away. The villa is also well situated for visiting the Madonie Mountains, a series of high rocky peaks with lush wooded lands offering great walking hikes and surrounded by enchanting little mountain villages. Cefalù, with its charm, ancient monuments and wonderful beaches, is just a short drive away too.

A 8mt RIB boat can be rented at a rate of euro 650,00 per day (the rental fee includes the skipper but not the fuel).
A 4mt rowing boat can also be rented at a rate of euro 50,00 per day.
The swimming pool is open to guests all year round.
